Along with a variety of other services, Accurate Machining & Fabricating offers CNC Turning to fit the needs of our customers. As with CNC milling, we have the ability to program at the control, or offline with our BobCad/Cam software. We have both bar pulling and bar feeding technology to  provide the most competitive pricing and turnaround available. From one to hundreds of thousands of pieces, we welcome all quantities.

As with everything we do, we spare no attention to detail and commit ourselves to providing what you need, when you need it. Ultimately, we have the background knowledge to accomplish whatever turning needs you have and, we always welcome a challenge!

Welcome to our Manual Machining Department

At Accurate machining & Fabricating, we realize that not all of the customer’s needs revolve around CNC automation. We understand that many times you need a one-off project done and the budget doesn’t allow for CNC setup time, and maybe doesn’t possess the degree of complexity that CNC machinery is suitable for.

In addition, we realize that even some CNC suitable projects can be benefited by the use of manual machinery for certain operations. These are some of the reasons why we keep and maintain a Manual Machining department.

Our Manual Machining department has both milling and turning equipment to provide our customers with options, and to help us perform for customers in an efficient manner. We maintain and update our manual machinery so that our current and future customers can be confident that the tolerances they require can be held.

While, for the most part, the way of the world has gone in the direction of automation, let’s face it, most of us still have needs that require manual labor. We would like to fill that need for you when it arises, and big or small we always welcome a challenge!

Welcome to our Fabricating and Painting Department

In an effort to complement our other departments and provide a wider array of services to our current and future customers, Accurate Machining & Fabricating has a fabricating and painting department. In this department, we offer a variety of types of welding including: MIG, TIG, and stick welding.

We also possess guided plate burning capabilities employing the use of both oxygen/acetylene and plasma cutting technology to burn irregular shapes consistently.

We have many years of experience in welding and fabricating in both prototype and low-volume production quantities to suit the needs of our customers. In addition, we also offer painting of our fabricated parts for those customers that require it.

Our painting capabilities consist of both a large paint dip tank for providing a thicker coat of paint when necessary, and a spray painting booth equipped with exhaust fan.

As with everything, we strive to provide our customers with a level of quality and timing that is second to none in our Fabricating and Painting Department.

Welcome to our Stamping Department

In many cases, usually where high volumes are involved, machining is not the most cost effective way to manufacture the items our customers need. Because of this and the potential speed that can be achieved, Accurate Machining & Fabricating offers metal stamping to our current and future customers as a manufacturing option. We have a variety of small, light duty punching equipment as well as a larger press with automatic stroke capability.

Our stamping department is complemented by our machining departments when the creation of new or modified tooling is necessary to accommodate a specific task. In addition to the use of custom tooling we also use a variety of standard “shelf” tooling items to furnish customer requirements.

Regardless if it’s a “cookie cutter” item that is required for your project, or custom tooling built in our machining departments, we are up to the task and we always welcome a challenge!

Welcome to our Sign Maintenance Department

Accurate Machining & Fabricating recently acquired a company that produced Sign Maintenance equipment, consisting of various post drivers, pullers, and other accessories relevant to the road working industry.

Our Sign Maintenance Department is a division of our Fabricating and Painting Department where we offer a line of products (built right here at our facility) to accommodate the needs of our current and future customers. Our products are designed to make your everyday tasks a cinch, and we keep inventory on all of
them.

With this acquisition, to date, we have been manufacturing these products for over 45 years and counting. We are proud to offer these items through distributors to road commission crews, and individuals.
